Ingredients:

- 200 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- 2 dl broccoli
- 1 dl cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and cook in the pan until cooked through and golden brown.
3. Chop the red onion and bell pepper, then add to the pan. Sauté for a few more minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Steam the broccoli quickly for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and mix all ingredients well. Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
6. Serve the dish on plates and garnish with fresh basil.
