Ingredients:

- 400 g ground beef (beef or lamb)
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
2. Chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until soft and slightly golden.
4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and brown it. Season with paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the bell pepper to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes until softened.
6. Drain the boiled sweet potatoes and mash them lightly. You can add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the ground beef mixture over the sweet potato mash and garnish with fresh herbs.
