These juicy chicken meatballs are the perfect dish for any occasion. They are easy to prepare and loved by the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
2. Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve warm with a salad or sauce of your choice.
