Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., chanterelles or button mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
5. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
6. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well.
7. Season with salt and pepper, let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
8. Serve the sauce garnished with fresh parsley.
