Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh pike - 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml fish stock
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some pasta water. 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Cut the pike into pieces and add it to the pan. Cook until the fish is done.
5. Pour in the cream and fish stock. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cooked pasta. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of reserved pasta water.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
