Ingredients:
- 1 fresh fish (like pike or perch)- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Start by cleaning the fish. Remove the scales and entrails carefully.2. Fillet the fish using a sharp knife. Begin from the back and cut to separate beautiful fillets.
3. Season the fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Place the fillets in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets and zest a little lemon peel for garnish.
7. Serve immediately with fresh dill.
