A delicious plum and apple-stuffed pork shoulder that brings a festive atmosphere to your table. A perfect choice for holiday gatherings! Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork shoulder - 200 g dried plums
- 2 apples
- 1 onion
- 2 dl beef broth
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Finely chop the onion and dice the apples. Chop the dried plums.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until soft.
4. Add the diced apples and plums to the pan, stirring well and cooking for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the honey, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix and remove the pan from the heat.
6. Make a deep incision in the pork shoulder and fill it with the apple-plum mixture.
7. Place the stuffed pork in a baking dish and pour the beef broth over it.
8. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for about 1.5 hours.
9. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to achieve a nice color on the surface.
10. Let it rest before slicing.
