Ingredients:
- 800 g beef or pork fillet - 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 2. Cut the meat into your desired size steaks and place them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, preferably several hours in the refrigerator.
3. Heat the grill to medium heat.
4. Grill the meat for about 4-6 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness. Squeeze a little lemon juice during the last moments of grilling for added flavor, if desired.
5. Allow the meat to rest for a few minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute.
