A stunning appetizer made with just a few ingredients, perfect for festive tables that will surely impress your guests.

Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 dl fresh dill, chopped
- 1 dl arugula
- 4-6 tortillas
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped dill until well combined.
2. Lay a tortilla flat on the table and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
3. Top with slices of cold-smoked salmon and a handful of arugula.
4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
5. Slice the rolled tortilla into pieces and serve immediately.
