Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg pike
- 2 dl salt
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 dl butter

Instructions:

1. Start by cleaning and filleting the pike.
2. Prepare a brine by mixing salt, sugar, and water. Marinate the pike fillets in the brine for about 30 minutes.
3. Rinse the fillets to remove excess salt and pat them dry with paper towels.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the pike fillets to the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
5. In a bowl, mix the cream, sour cream, and dill. Season with black pepper.
6. Place the cooked pike fillets on a serving platter. Top with lemon slices and pour the cream-sour cream mixture over the top.
7. Serve immediately with boiled potatoes and salad.
