A delicious crab burger made in a Sloppy Joe style, with a filling that drips down your chin. It’s hard to resist this amazing crab delight. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 400 g crab meat - 1 dl mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 dl celery, chopped
- 1 dl bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the crab meat. Cook until warmed through and well combined.2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, celery, and bell pepper to the pan. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Lightly toast the burger buns to give them a nice color.
5. Fill the buns with the crab mixture and add lettuce and tomato if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy the messy delight!
