Ingredients:
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken strips - 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 stalk of leek
- 2 small yellow onions
- Mini cherry tomatoes (to taste)
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the mushrooms, bell pepper, leek, and yellow onions.2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped yellow onions and leek to the pan. Sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the honey-marinated chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the dish with mini cherry tomatoes on the side.
