Delicious chocolate brownies that are easy to make and can be customized to your taste! Preparation time is about 30 minutes and the recipe yields 12 servings. Ingredients:
- 200 g milk chocolate (or white chocolate)
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 70 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: nuts or berries for decoration
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently mix until combined.
5. Pour the batter into muffin cups and add nuts or berries if desired.
6. Bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 10-12 minutes. The brownies should remain slightly moist in the center.
7. Let cool before serving.
