A delicious and savory dish made from pike fillets, perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g pike (fillet)- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the pike fillet in a food processor or grind it using a meat grinder.2. Transfer the pike mixture to a bowl and add cream, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into round patties.
4. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the pike patties alongside mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
