Delicious and juicy fish patties made from pike, perfect for using up those leftover fillets.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 500 g pike fillets, deboned
- 1 dl cream
- 1 egg
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the pike fillets into small pieces and place them in a blender.
2. Add the cream, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and dill.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
4. Shape the mixture into patties.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve with your choice of sides.
