Ingredients:
- 1 large cabbage - 400 g ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 dl rice
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 2 dl vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool. 2. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and boil them in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until soft. Drain and let cool.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in oil in a pan until soft.
4. In a bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, sautéed onions, salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Mix well.
5. Take one cabbage leaf and place about a tablespoon of filling in it. Fold the edges inward and roll tightly into a roll.
6. Place the rolls in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce and vegetable broth over them.
7. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes.
8. Serve warm, for example with potatoes or salad.
