A delicious and refreshing dessert perfect for celebrations or everyday enjoyment. This cheesecake is easy to make and you can use your favorite berries. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours chilling
Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits - 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g whipped cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 300 g berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 3 gelatin sheets
- 100 ml water
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and melt the butter. Combine the biscuit crumbs and butter, then press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan. 2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
4. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes. Heat water in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it, stirring well.
5. Quickly mix the gelatin solution into the cream cheese mixture.
6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours until set.
8. Decorate the cheesecake with berries before serving.
