These homemade chicken nuggets are crispy, juicy, and perfect for dipping. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces.
2. Prepare three separate bowls: place the flour in one, whisk the eggs and milk together in another, and mix the breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, and paprika in the third.
3. Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
