A delicious recipe for marinated pork chops that are flavorful and tender. Preparation Time: 2 hours (including marinating time)
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1-2 red onions
- 1.2 teaspoons thyme
- 1.4 teaspoons black pepper
- 100 ml oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1.2 teaspoons marjoram
Instructions:
1. Place the pork chops in a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic, peeled and sliced red onions, black pepper, thyme, and marjoram to create the marinade.
3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops.
4. Cover and refrigerate the chops to marinate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
5. Cook the marinated pork chops in the oven or on a skillet until fully cooked.
