Serving Size: 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 200-220 g all-purpose flour - 100 g water
- 100 g malted grains
- 7 g yeast
- 5 g salt
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Knead the dough using a mixer until well combined. Adjust the texture by adding more flour or water as needed, but be careful not to add too much water at once.
3. Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until it has risen.
4. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on parchment paper.
5. Let the loaf rise for approximately 45 minutes.
6. Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 200-220°C until it is beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
