A creamy and delicious broccoli dish, perfect as a side or light main course. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves: 4.

Ingredients:

- 500 g fresh broccoli
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated cheese (such as Parmesan or cheddar)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, sautéing until soft.
3. Pour in the cream and stir well. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the grated cheese to the cream and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Incorporate the cooked broccoli into the pan, mixing well to coat with the sauce.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
