Ingredients:

- Puff pastry sheets
- Gingerbread dough
- Fig jam
- Castello Creamy Blue cheese
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cut one puff pastry sheet into two equal pieces.
2. Place a piece of gingerbread dough on top of each pastry piece, pressing it down slightly to embed it.
3. Shape the pastry and gingerbread dough into your desired form (e.g., star shape).
4. Add about 1 teaspoon of fig jam and 1 teaspoon of blue cheese into the center of each pastry.
5. Repeat the steps until you have the desired number of pastries.
6. Bake the pastries at 225°C (437°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
7. Lightly dust with powdered sugar before serving.
