Deliciously rich and fudgy chocolate cake perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring well.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream. Enjoy!
