Preparation Time: 2 hours

This sweet glazed pork chop rack is a delicious and eye-catching alternative for holiday feasts when traditional ham feels too extravagant.

Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg pork chops
- 100 ml honey
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh or dried)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (fresh or dried)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and thyme to make the marinade.
3. Place the pork chops in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Arrange the marinated pork chops in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over them.
5. Bake in the oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the chops are cooked through and the glaze is a beautiful golden brown. Flip the chops halfway through the cooking time for even glazing.
6. Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
