A delicious Finnish macaroni casserole with a mix of ground meat, vegetables, and a creamy egg and milk topping. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen peas, corn, and bell peppers
- 3 eggs
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 onions
- 7 dl milk
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt or herb salt
- 1 package macaroni
- 1 tsp grill seasoning
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni until al dente.
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
3. Chop the onions and add them to the ground beef.
4. In a baking dish, combine the frozen peas, corn, bell peppers, cooked macaroni, and the beef-onion mixture.
5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the paprika, salt, and grill seasoning.
6. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
