Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1.5 liters of water
- 400g pasta
- 200g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Heat a splash of oil in a pan and brown the ground beef. Add the chopped onions and cook until the onions are soft.
2. Stir in the tomato paste, oregano, and black pepper into the beef mixture. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
3. Boil the water in a large pot and add the pasta. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the beef mixture. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
