Ingredients:
- 400 g macaroni
- Salt
- 250 g ground meat (pork-beef mix)
- 1 onion
- 2-3 eggs
- 4 dl milk
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté the onion in a pan until softened.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan with the onion and cook until the meat is browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cooked macaroni and the meat mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
