Ingredients:
- 150 g mixed salad greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula, spinach)- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- ½ red onion
- 1 avocado
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of rye bread
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and drain well.2. Chop the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into small pieces.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the fruit.
4. Combine all the vegetables in a bowl with the salad greens.
5. Crumble the feta cheese into the salad.
