A perfect recipe for delicious snacks to take to the sledding hill! This recipe is quick and easy to prepare in just 15 minutes. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 whole grain breads- 100 g cheese (such as cheddar or gouda)
- 100 g ham or turkey
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Salad (such as lettuce or arugula)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl nuts (such as walnuts or almond flakes)
- 2 bananas
- 1 bottle of water or juice
Instructions:
1. Cut the whole grain breads in half.2. Spread sliced avocado on the bread.
3. Add cheese slices and ham or turkey.
4. Slice the tomato and place it on top of the bread.
5. Add salad and season with salt and pepper.
6. Close the sandwiches and pack them in a snack bag.
7. Add nuts and bananas separately in the snack bag.
8. Bring along a bottle of water or juice.
