Delicious, easy, and perfect for a sweet treat! These oatmeal cookies are a delightful snack for both kids and adults. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter - 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 dl Nutella
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl salted peanuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). 2. Melt the butter and mix in the sugars and Nutella until well combined.
3. Stir in the rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar until the mixture is smooth.
4. If using, fold in the salted peanuts.
5. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each ball as they will spread while baking.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
