Ingredients:
- 1 pack of rye bread
- 5 eggs
- A splash of milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper blend from a grinder
- A few slices of salami
- Lettuce leaves
- Slices of bell pepper
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.
2. Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper blend.
4. Spread the egg mixture over the rye bread.
5. Top with slices of salami and garnish with lettuce leaves and bell pepper slices.
6. Serve immediately or pack them for a lunch on the go.
