Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese - 1/2 melon (such as cantaloupe or watermelon)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the melon into cubes. 2. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
3. Thinly slice the red onion.
4. In a bowl, combine the melon cubes, feta cheese, and red onion.
