Description: Delicious mini hamburgers perfect for parties or a fun family meal.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 mini burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 small hamburger buns
- 12 slices of cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
3. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Place the cooked patties between the hamburger buns.
5. Add a slice of cheese, lettuce, and tomato to each mini burger.
6. Serve the hamburgers with ketchup and mayonnaise on the side.
