Delicious and bite-sized squids perfect as an appetizer or side dish. These mini squids are easy to prepare and pack a seafood flavor in every bite. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 500 g mini squids (fresh or frozen) - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mini squids under cold water and drain well. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the crushed garlic to the oil and sauté for about a minute until golden brown.
4. Add the mini squids to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through and have a nice color.
5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the squids and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
6. Let it cook for a few more minutes, then remove from heat.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
