Delicious mint chocolate cupcakes that bring harmony of flavors to your celebrations or sweet moments.

Ingredients

- 1½ dl milk
- 150 g margarine
- 1½ dl sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3½ dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- vanilla sugar to taste
- 1 bag of Pätkis Mini Bites chocolate
- 12 paper cupcake liners
- sprinkles and fondant for decoration
- quark (optional)
- heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar) and add them to the batter alternately with the milk.
5. Fold in the chopped Pätkis Mini Bites chocolate and mix until smooth.
6. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through. Check doneness with a toothpick.
8. Allow to cool and decorate as desired with sprinkles, fondant, and serve with quark and heavy cream if desired.
