Rocky Road

A delightful sweet treat that combines chocolate, marshmallows, and salted peanuts. Perfect for snacking or gifting!

Serving Size: About 12-16 pieces

Ingredients:

- 100 g Fazer Blue chocolate
- 130 g Panda dark chocolate
- 1.5 dl small marshmallows
- 8 mini Pätkis chocolate bites
- 0.5 dl salted peanuts

Instructions:

1. Chop the mini Pätkis chocolate bites into small pieces.
2. Melt the Fazer Blue chocolate and Panda dark chocolate using either a microwave or a water bath.
3. Mix the melted chocolates together until smooth.
4. Add the chopped Pätkis pieces, salted peanuts, and marshmallows to the chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine.
5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dish and smooth the surface.
7. Place the dish in the refrigerator or freezer to chill for at least 1 hour.
8. Once set, cut the mixture into pieces.
9. Store the Rocky Road pieces in the refrigerator.
