A simple and delicious pasta carbonara that can be quickly prepared and enjoyed by the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Add black pepper to taste.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the bacon and garlic in the skillet. Remove the skillet from the heat.
5. Quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta, stirring fast to cook the eggs with the heat of the pasta without scrambling them. If needed, add a little cooking water to achieve a creamy consistency.
6. Season with salt and black pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
