These soft and fluffy pancakes are the perfect breakfast or snack for the whole family. Enjoy them with jam, berries, or maple syrup.Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter to the pan.
4. Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
