Ingredients:

- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 3 gelatin sheets
- 100 ml water
- Chocolate eggs (such as Kinder Chocolate) for serving

Instructions:

1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Do not let it boil.
3. Add the lime juice and zest to the warm cream mixture. Stir well.
4. Squeeze excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the warm cream mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes or chocolate eggs.
6. Allow to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
7. Decorate with a chocolate egg before serving.
