Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 600 ml heavy cream
- 150 g sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 2 lemons
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 3-4 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into serving dishes or glasses and let it cool to room temperature. Then, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
5. Serve as is or garnish with berries or mint leaves.
