A refreshing and simple lemon dessert that comes together effortlessly. Perfect for special occasions like Easter.
Preparation Time: 15 min + 2 h chilling time
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 1.5 dl sugar
- 4 dl cream
- 1 dl lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)

Instructions:

1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and strain it if desired.
2. In a saucepan, combine the cream and sugar. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
3. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly.
5. Add the lemon juice to the mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
7. Optionally, garnish with chocolate or other toppings of your choice.
