These tender meatballs are flavored with olive paste and feta cheese, bringing delicious Mediterranean vibes. Perfect for dipping or as a main dish!

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef
- 100 g crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive paste
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, letting them soak for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground beef, feta cheese, olive paste, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the soaked breadcrumb mixture. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into balls about 3-4 cm in diameter.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the meatballs in the pan for about 10-12 minutes until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
6. Serve warm with dipping sauce or sides.
