Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast fillets and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and stir well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and let it melt.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh basil.
