A nourishing and delicious vegetable meat broth that combines tasty vegetables with lean meat. Perfect as a light meal. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 small broccoli or a few cauliflower florets
- 50 g lean beef or pork
- About 2 dl water
Instructions:
1. Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables.
2. Cut the meat into a couple of pieces.
3. Place the carrots and meat in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the potato chunks and broccoli.
5. Cook for another 15 minutes.
6. Chop the meat with a knife or blend it in a food processor.
7. Serve the broth warm.
