Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh broccoli- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml finely chopped red onion
- 50 ml raisins
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml roasted nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
Instructions:
1. Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the cooled broccoli, red onion, raisins, and roasted nuts to the dressing. Mix well.
