This recipe utilizes leftover oatmeal to create delicious pancakes perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: About 8-10 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 dl oatmeal or porridge - 1 l milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (optional)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal or porridge, milk, and salt. 2. Gradually add the all-purpose flour while stirring until the batter is smooth.
3. If using an egg, add it to the batter and mix until well combined.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter.
5. Pour the batter onto the pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve with berries, jam, or sugar, as desired.
