Ingredients:
- 2 eggs - 200 g cream cheese
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Separate the egg yolks and whites.2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, cream cheese, and heavy cream.
3. Mix in the all-purpose flour and baking powder until combined.
4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the cream mixture.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a greased skillet, about one tablespoon per pancake.
7. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
