A delicious and hearty dish that combines ham, sun-dried tomatoes, and pineapple. This recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 100-200 g grated cheese (lactose-free)
- 400 g ham strips or diced ham
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 slices of bread
- A pinch of black pepper
- 200 ml milk or cream (lactose-free)
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 6 rings of pineapple

Instructions

1. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.
2. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
3. Heat a frying pan and add the onion. Sauté the onion until it's soft.
4. Add the ham strips to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
5. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes, soy sauce, black pepper, and oregano. Let it simmer for a moment.
6. Cut the bread into smaller pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
7. Pour the ham mixture over the bread.
8. Add the pineapple rings on top of the filling.
9. Combine the milk or cream with the grated cheese and pour the mixture over the dish.
10. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
