A delicious spicy chicken and pineapple pasta that perfectly combines flavors and ingredients, bringing taste to every bite. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and this recipe serves 4.Ingredients:
- 2-3 tsp black and green pepper
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can tomato paste
- 70 g spaghetti (about 350 g)
- Water
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 dl cream
- 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
- Salt
- 300 g chicken fillet strips (natural)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a medium-sized pan, sauté the chicken strips in olive oil until cooked through.
3. Crush the black and green pepper in a mortar or use pre-ground pepper. Add it to the chicken.
4. Chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan. Sauté for a moment.
5. Add the tomato paste, dried basil, cream, pineapple chunks with juice, and dried oregano. Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes.
6. Stir in the cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Season with salt to taste.
7. Serve warm.
