Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust - 1 can of pineapple (approximately 400 g)
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. Prepare the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
3. Drain the pineapple and lightly mash it with a fork.
4. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, potato flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
5. Add the mashed pineapple to the mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked pie crust.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is a beautiful golden brown.
8. Let it cool before serving.
